As ourAI Governance & Delivery Operations Manager, you will be the operational engine of Arxada’s enterprise AI program. You bring structure, pace and accountability to a fast-moving AI portfolio, ensuring that innovation progresses efficiently while meeting governance, compliance and cost expectations. You will own the operating rhythm and the core delivery machinery that enables our AI initiatives to move from idea to impact. Working closely with the Head of AI and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, R&D, Legal, Procurement, Commercial and Supply Chain, you will help scale AI responsibly, ensuring transparency, auditability and strong execution discipline across the program. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building, running and continuously improving operational systems that drive results.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Run the AI programme operating cadence as Scrum Master / cadence owner, including stand-ups, intake, prioritisation, stage-gate progression and escalation
  • Own and maintain the AI system and agent inventory, ensuring accuracy, completeness and trust
  • Manage AI governance frameworks and lifecycle controls, keeping them current and practical
  • Own the audit register and evidence management, ensuring documentation is structured and audit-ready
  • Manage the end-to-end AI agent approval workflow from request through to sign-off
  • Produce scorecards, reporting templates and decision-ready insights for leadership visibility
  • Monitor AI usage and consumption, identifying anomalies and supporting effective cost control
  • Support and, where needed, drive delivery of selected AI initiatives from scope through to go-live
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience running Agile/Scrum or PMO operating cadence with ownership of stand-ups, intake, governance gates and tracking
  • Hands-on experience maintaining structured inventories, registers or audit evidence repositories with high accuracy
  • Background in governance, compliance, risk or audit-oriented environments
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to build and maintain operational artefacts such as reports, trackers and scorecards
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Clear and structured written communication skills, including status updates and decision materials
  • Working knowledge of AI systems and governance concepts; deep technical specialization not required
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF) and experience in regulated or industrial environments
