Dentsu is operationalizing AI at scale. Across every brand and practice, business teams are identifying AI-powered tools, platforms, and vendors they want to deploy — and they need a fast, expert path through the governance process to do it safely.
The AI Governance Concierge Service is dentsu's answer to that challenge — a dedicated, end-to-end service that gives any Americas business team a single expert point of contact for AI product adoption. The AI Governance Analyst is the research, documentation, and clarity engine that makes the service work. Every piece of information needed to evaluate, document, and submit a request flows through this role — and it is the Analyst's job to ensure that information is packaged with the precision and context that allows every reviewing group to do their job efficiently and confidently.
Working in close coordination with the AI Governance Service Lead, the Analyst owns all research, documentation, and submission activity — transforming raw discovery findings into clear, complete, submission-ready packages that give Legal, Information Security, Data Privacy, Emerging Technology, Procurement, and Global Enterprise Technology exactly what they need to reach informed decisions without unnecessary back-and-forth.
The AI Governance Concierge Service is not simply an approval function — it is a service built around bringing every engagement to a successful conclusion. That means approving solutions that meet dentsu's standards, identifying alternative products or approaches that address the business need within governance requirements, and providing solutions that facilitate approval where possible. When risks are identified that prevent approval, the service's role is to clearly document and communicate those risks and leave the decision to the business to weigh the risk and reward. Success is a business team that always has a clear path forward — not just a ruling.
This role is for someone who is energized by detail, driven by thoroughness, and takes pride in the quality of their work product. You are a researcher, writer, and policy thinker who understands that a well-constructed submission is not just a document — it is the foundation on which good governance decisions are made. You take ownership of the information that moves the entire service forward.
In your first 90 days, you have completed research packages for at least three active submissions, established a working rhythm with the Service Lead and Governance Engineer, and documented any recurring gaps in vendor documentation or submission quality.
At six months, the Service Lead receives complete, accurate packages that require minimal revision before routing for review. Reviewing functions — Legal, Security, Data Privacy, and others — are getting what they need from submissions without having to ask for more. The Governance Engineer rarely needs to return a submission to you for additional information. You have contributed at least one process improvement to the research or submission methodology.
At one year, the Analyst function is recognized internally as a force multiplier for the service — enabling the team to handle higher submission volume without sacrificing quality or accountability. Your submissions are consistently complete, your tracker updates are a reliable source of truth, and your research is shaping how the service evolves its approach to new technology categories.
