About the Team

You'll be joining a newly formed AI team working at the intersection of product feature delivery and internal AI tooling.

The team operates in a fast-moving space, and the technologies we work with (Claude, agents, skills, MCP, etc.) are themselves new and evolving, so comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn as the landscape shifts are essential.

Responsibilities

We are growing its R&D center, and we are looking for a Senior AI Front-End Developer to join our team:

  • Own end-to-end frontend feature delivery, from design through production.
  • Build and maintain internal AI infrastructure: agents and skills used across engineering teams.
  • Design reliable, token-efficient agent workflows with a solid understanding of LLM context management.
  • Work in a small agile team within a global R&D department.
  • Raise the AI bar across R&D through documentation, internal talks, and mentoring.
  • Maintain existing code, fix bugs, and contribute new ideas to the product.

Requirements

We are looking for a specialist who combines strong engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in modern AI technologies.

AI Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks such as Claude, LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or similar.
  • Curiosity about how language models behave, where they fail, and how prompts and context influence output quality.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and designing efficient, token-aware agent workflows.
  • A pragmatic engineering mindset - focused on building reliable software systems rather than conducting ML research.

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience building complex applications from concept to production.
  • Strong proficiency in Vue; experience with React, Angular, or Svelte is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript, including modern patterns and paradigms.
  • Confidence working with tools such as Vite/Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
  • Experience modernizing legacy frontend codebases (jQuery, ES5).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, semantic HTML, and modern CSS/SASS practices.

Soft Skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where technologies and best practices are still evolving.
  • Clear and structured communicator who creates documentation and scalable patterns instead of relying on tribal knowledge.
  • Eager to share experience, collaborate closely with the team, and continuously grow alongside it.

Advantages
