Customer-embedded engineering
Act as the dedicated integration engineer for 3â5 strategic customers
Build and maintain custom integrations, workflows, and AI automations
Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs
Work onsite or remotely as an extension of the customerâs technical team
AI & Agentic solutions deployment
Deploy and configure agentic AI capabilities
Build intelligent workflows that automate business processes
Integrate external AI platforms with Efficyâs CRM ecosystem
Ensure compliance with security, data sovereignty, and access controls
Integration roadmap ownership
Own the customer's multi-year integration strategy
Proactively identify optimisation and innovation opportunities
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement rather than reactive maintenance
Technical partnership & advisory
Participate in customer planning and tech decisions
Provide guidance on integration patterns, APIs, and platform capabilities
Stay current with emerging technologies and advise on adoption
Bridge customer needs with Efficyâs product teams
Quality & sustainability
Deliver production-grade, secure, maintainable code
Document architectures and integration decisions
Keep solutions aligned with platform updates and best practices
Transfer knowledge when appropriate
Technical Expertise
Strong software engineering background
4+ years of experience in data pipelines, ETL, and data quality
Proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
1+ year of experience with CRM, SaaS, or enterprise integrations
Understanding of AI/ML and agentic systems
Comfortable working across multiple tech stacks
Customer Partnership
Experience working embedded or consultative with customer teams
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
