职位概述 我们正在寻找一位兼具技术深度与业务洞察力的FDE，以 AI技术为核心杠杆，深入业务一线，重新定义工作方式、推动组织与体系的效率跃迁。 该岗位不是既有流程的改良者，而是业务问题的重构者：从真实业务场景中判断问题的实质，界定真正值得解决的效率瓶颈，综合运用 AI及其他技术手段，把业务诉求快速转化为可验证、可交付、可规模化的解决方案，并对最终产生的业务价值负责。 你会加入车控软件研发团队，与业务专家/项目/流程/工具链团队一起工作，你的产出将直接落地在团队研发流程界面上，对团队效率产生直接影响。 主要职责 1、深入车控软件研发业务，识别制约团队与组织效率的关键瓶颈，敢于用创新方式重构既有工作方式。 2、在真实业务场景中识别 AI 的可行落点，将模糊的业务诉求拆解为可定义的技术问题，选择最合适的技术路径。 3、主导面向实际业务场景的 Agent 设计与开发，协同团队完成需求界定、概念验证、到上线运营的完整闭环，设计评测方式与兜底机制。 4、设计 Agent 的整体架构及其与周边系统，知识/记忆体系、工具与 API 调用、工作流编排、人机协同与交互界面、权限与安全边界等。 5、将成功实践提炼为方法论、可复用组件与最佳实践，协助业务团队建立 AI 与 Agent 的应用认知。
职位要求
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5-8年工作经验，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2、熟练掌握 Python，具备扎实的工程实践能力，具备 AI / 大语言模型在真实业务场景中的落地经验。 3、具备软件后端开发背景、智能辅助驾驶相关领域经验、 To B 互联网企业 FDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）或类似客户侧交付岗位经验任一优先。 4、具备较强的问题定义与结构化思考能力。 5、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推动能力。
