This role focuses on supporting the development and refinement of advanced AI systems through high-quality linguistic, cultural, and contextual evaluation work. You will contribute directly to improving machine learning models by reviewing, annotating, and assessing AI-generated content across text, audio, and multimedia formats. The position requires strong native-level language expertise in Assamese combined with cultural awareness to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and locally appropriate. You will apply structured guidelines to evaluate content quality, identify errors, and provide clear feedback that enhances model performance. Working in a flexible, project-based environment, you will collaborate with global AI teams contributing to cutting-edge language technology. Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for evaluating, annotating, and improving AI-generated content to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and high-quality output across multiple data types.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated text, audio, and multimedia content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
• Annotate and correct outputs following structured guidelines to support machine learning model improvement
• Generate or refine content when required to enhance training datasets and model performance
• Identify issues such as translation errors, visual inconsistencies, cultural mismatches, or unclear outputs
• Apply evaluation frameworks consistently and contribute to calibration and quality assurance processes
• Provide structured, concise feedback that can be directly used for model optimization
• Ensure content aligns with local linguistic norms, cultural context, and real-world usage standards
• Participate in guideline updates and maintain alignment with evolving evaluation criteria

Requirements:

This role requires strong linguistic expertise in Assamese, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate content across multiple formats with cultural and contextual accuracy.

• Native-level fluency in Assamese
• Strong command of English for documentation and communication purposes
• Prior experience in AI annotation, evaluation, linguistics, or content review is preferred
• Ability to work with text, audio, and video-based materials
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and apply them accurately across tasks
• Good understanding of cultural nuance, local context, and language usage
• Strong written communication skills for clear and structured feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment
