What happens when decision enablement, data, process come together to help organizations make better decisions?
The Decision Enablement team helps Global Regulatory Affairs transform complexity into actionable decisions. We connect business strategy, decision science, data, process excellence, and emerging technologies to help leaders make more informed, transparent, and scalable decisions. This role supports priorities within both the Decision Enablement strategy and the GRA AI Excellence Program.
This internship is ideal for students interested in how organizations adopt new technologies, make strategic decisions, and translate technical capabilities into business value.
Support the GRA AI Excellence Program by helping assess organizational AI maturity, gather stakeholder insights, identify adoption opportunities, and contribute to initiatives that accelerate responsible AI use across GRA.
Research and evaluate AI and agentic AI opportunities that could improve regulatory workflows, decision-making, knowledge management, and operational effectiveness. Assess business value, stakeholder impact, and adoption considerations.
Explore how organizations make high-quality decisions in complex environments. Support projects that help leaders evaluate options, understand trade-offs, clarify assumptions, and improve decision transparency.
Assist in developing decision-ready insights through metrics, dashboards, performance reporting, business storytelling, and scenario analysis.
Support communications, workshops, and engagement activities that help employees adopt AI-enabled workflows, data-informed practices, and new ways of working.
Examine how data quality, governance, process excellence, and organizational behaviors influence decision-making. Help strengthen the foundations required for scalable and trusted decisions.
Explore how people and AI can work together effectively, including AI agents, workforce readiness, role evolution, capability building, and the future of decision-making.
Work with leaders, AI champions, and business teams to understand challenges, gather insights, facilitate discussions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
We’re looking for someone who is curious about how organizations make decisions and how emerging technologies shape the future of business. You enjoy connecting people, technology, and ideas to solve problems. While you may not want to build AI systems yourself, you’re excited to understand how AI creates value, supports decisions, and enables organizations to work differently.
You are interested in the business side of innovation, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape how people and technology collaborate in the future.
