Job Description

• Develop and implement generative AI applications throughout all stages, from discovery to deployment.
• Establish a best practices framework for deploying cloud architectures supporting AI agents, with attention to cost, performance, and security requirements for LLM workloads and vector search.
• Establish RAG/LLM evaluation pipelines, embedding strategies, prompt/runtime optimization, and catching strategies. 
• Build and maintain MLOps, LLMOps and AgentOps workflows for data pipelines, model packaging, CI/CD, model and prompt versioning and lineage.
• Lead a Team of high skilled AI specialist focusing on the delivery of workable products.

• 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, including at least 2 years leading or driving GenAI initiatives into production in enterprise settings.
• University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience in solution deployment and cloud computing proficiency using AWS CDK and Serverless Framework.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM providers and frameworks: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph.
• Proven analytical skills and profound expertise in data science with a focus on Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and other artificial intelligence methods.
