What You Will Do

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models using Python, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs with GraphQL and REST to support data integration.
• Utilize MLflow for managing the machine learning lifecycle, ensuring efficient model tracking and deployment.
• Oversee containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Drive best practices in software development and machine learning engineering to enhance product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with developing and consuming APIs using GraphQL and REST.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to lead engineering projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with MLflow or similar tools for managing machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with enterprise software development practices and agile methodologies.
• Background in AI, Devtools, or data-centric applications.

Compensation and Benefits
