This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering business value through modern software engineering and practical AI adoption.
About the Role
As an AI Engineering Lead, you will lead the design, development, and operation of AI-enabled software systems supporting our reinsurance business. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help establish engineering standards while remaining actively involved in architecture and delivery decisions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
