OPSWAT is committed to harnessing the power of AI to drive meaningful advancements across all areas of our business. We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer Intern to join our team and contribute to real-world AI systems, with a focus on our in-house AI Insights go-to-market platform.

In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Transformation Team, Customer Experience (CX) Team, and Enterprise Data Team to integrate AI capabilities into CRM and other business-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience building production AI solutions within a global cybersecurity company.

What You Will Do

• AI Insights Platform Development
  
  • Assist in developing features for AI Insights, OPSWAT’s AI-powered go-to-market platform
  • Support building AI capabilities that:
  • Analyze customer data and engagement signals
  • Help prioritize accounts and opportunities
  • Generate insights for sales and marketing teams
  • Help maintain and improve data pipelines for processing CRM and enterprise data
• Chatbot & AI Systems
  • Assist in developing and maintaining OPSWAT AI Assistant (chatbot framework)
  • Support internal systems such as Contract Center for customer support
  • Contribute to improving RAG pipelines and integrating enterprise data sources
  • Assist in experimenting with LLM/SLM models for tasks like intent classification and automation
• Learning & Research
  
  • Learn and apply modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
  • Support research and prototyping of new AI-driven solutions
  • Work closely with experienced engineers and receive mentorship

What We Need From You

• Familiar with Python and node.js to integrate AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI Agentic, RAG and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge or experiencing in training custom GPT models.
• Solid understanding of
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug real-world issues
  • Ability to follow-up on tasks given from end-to-end with little supervision.
  • Good English proficiency (reading & writing)

Nice to Have

• Good English communication skills and people skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies
