We are seeking an AI Engineer (Speech & NLP Systems) to advance the intelligence, robustness, and real-world performance of our voice and language capabilities.

In this role, you will develop and integrate end-to-end speech and NLP pipelines, including ASR, NLU, and intent/slot models, enabling natural and reliable interactions within our platforms. You will focus on improving system resilience across noise conditions, accents, and diverse real-world usage while supporting language understanding and dialog behavior.

Working closely with QA and platform teams, you will optimize models for latency and resource constraints, define evaluation strategies for speech and NLP quality, and ensure solutions are production-ready in constrained or embedded environments. Your work will directly enhance how users interact with our systems through voice and conversational experiences.

What will you do?

• Develop and integrate speech and NLP pipelines (ASR, NLU, intent/slot models).

• Collaborate with QA and platform teams to ensure production reliability.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience with speech or NLP systems.

• Hands-on knowledge of ASR / NLU pipelines.

• Experience with model evaluation and dataset curation.

• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks.

• Understanding of real-world deployment constraints.

• Experience with voice assistants or conversational systems.

• Edge AI or embedded ML experience.

• Multilingual or locale-specific NLP experience.
