What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning models using Python and OpenAI technologies to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the development of robust data pipelines that support machine learning initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and share expertise in AI best practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with OpenAI technologies.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits
