Job Title: Senior GenAI Engineer
Experience: 7+ Years
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, data engineering, and AI solution delivery, with hands-on experience in building scalable, production-grade systems leveraging LLMs and RAG-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI-powered applications, including RAG-based solutions and agentic workflows
- Build, deploy, and maintain Python-based microservices and APIs (preferably using FastAPI).
- Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and AI use cases.
- Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Monitor and support production systems, including performance tuning and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, or AI solution delivery
- 5+ years of strong programming expertise in Python
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG-based solutions
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and unit testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or Delta Lake
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Exposure to MLOps practices and scalable AI deployments.
