As an AI Engineer – Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By understanding the broader objectives of your projects, you will contribute to the overall strategy and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Utilizing Python and React Native for software development and system development tasks
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored software solutions
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all software engineering activities
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to support project success
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

- Excelling in code review and adhering to coding standards

- Design and build full-stack features end-to-end — React/TypeScript front-ends and Python/FastAPI back-ends for GenAI agent products

- Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI to automate managed-services business processes- Implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

- Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)- Developing proficiency in React Native and scripting languages- Leveraging tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions.

- Utilizing Python and React Native for software development.

- Developing innovative solutions in system development.

- Navigating complex client engagements with a focus on relationship building.

- Interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
