Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are looking for an AI SAP Engineer to join a strategic SAP Managed Services transformation programme. The role focuses on building AI-driven solutions that integrate directly with SAP systems to automate support, improve diagnostics, and enhance operational efficiency in enterprise environments.
This is a hands-on engineering role combining GenAI and LLM capabilities with strong SAP technical expertise, focused on delivering production-ready AI agents rather than experimental solutions.
Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and MCP-based architectures

  • Build agent interaction layers using tools such as CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, or similar

  • Develop and deploy AI services in AWS or Azure environments

  • Design and implement SAP integrations using OData services, Function Modules, CDS views, and APIs

  • Work with SAP data models to enable contextual retrieval and automation workflows

  • Collaborate with SAP Basis teams on connectivity, performance, and access management

  • Integrate AI capabilities into incident management and ticketing workflows such as ServiceNow

  • Develop reusable AI components supporting SAP-focused automation and operations

  • Collaborate with product and managed services teams to deliver production-ready AI systems


Requirements


  • Strong hands-on experience in AI and LLM development

  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph

  • Experience designing MCP-based architectures and integrations

  • Experience building AI interfaces or agent interaction layers

  • Experience deploying AI workloads in AWS or Azure

  • Strong SAP technical expertise including OData services, Function Modules, CDS views, and SAP data structures

  • Experience with ABAP development tools and modern SAP development approaches

  • Understanding of SAP Basis concepts and managed services environments

  • Experience working with SAP incident management and operational workflows

  • Strong problem-solving skills across AI, cloud, and SAP domains

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering AI solutions in SAP Managed Services environments

  • Exposure to AI-driven diagnostics, monitoring, or analysis in SAP systems

  • Understanding of secure AI deployment and enterprise governance

  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
