AI Engineer – Digital Transformation & Automation

About Client Company

The Company is a UK-based real estate developer creating lifestyle-led living spaces with an international team and global best practices.

The AI Engineer will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation, designing and implementing intelligent solutions, and driving organisation-wide AI adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with business consulting skills and has experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis

* Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify operational inefficiencies.

* Recommend automation opportunities and AI-driven improvements.

* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges and requirements.

* Document current and future-state processes.

AI & Digital Transformation Strategy

* Develop digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

* Identify high-impact AI use cases across business functions.

* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

* Support strategic planning for AI implementation.

AI Solution Design & Implementation

* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

* Collaborate with software engineering, product, and data teams for end-to-end implementation.

* Build scalable AI workflows and automation pipelines.

* Ensure solutions meet business, security, and performance requirements.

AI Adoption & Automation

* Integrate AI tools including:

* ChatGPT

* Claude

* Gemini

* OpenAI APIs

* Automation platforms (Zapier, UiPath, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.)

* Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable AI workflows.

* Improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Change Management

* Lead AI adoption initiatives across business units.

* Conduct workshops and user training sessions.

* Promote AI awareness and innovation throughout the organization.

* Support teams during digital transformation initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

* Define KPIs for AI initiatives.

* Measure business impact and ROI.

* Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations.

* Prepare dashboards and executive reports for leadership.

Research & Innovation

* Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

* Maintain internal AI documentation and best practices.

* Support cross-functional teams with AI expertise.

* Contribute to long-term digital transformation strategies.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

* 6–8 years of experience in:

* AI Engineering

* Digital Transformation

* Automation

* Technology Consulting

* Business Process Improvement

* Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise automation.

* Experience implementing AI solutions in business environments.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Initial Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onboarding)

Work Location: Dubai, UAE (Relocation required after 30 days of joining)
