As an AI Engineer, you will be part of the Global AI Transformation Office and work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and Digital teams to develop and scale AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will translate business challenges into practical applications, prototypes, and production-ready solutions that create measurable business value.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications and solutions that address business challenges and improve operational performance
• Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and minimum viable products to validate AI use cases and accelerate adoption
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern AI technologies and software development practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions
• Develop integrations, APIs, and data pipelines while leveraging Microsoft Azure services and related technology platforms
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI applications within productive business environments
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum three years of experience in software development, AI engineering, application development, or a comparable technical role
• Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, or modern AI development frameworks
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or equivalent technologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, as well as APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent English communication skills; German and/or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
