This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-enablement capabilities to support Master Data Management processes, with a focus on improving data quality, consistency, completeness, automation, and stewardship effectiveness for data used across Eaton’s enterprise systems, digital platforms, analytics, and business initiatives.
"• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled solutions to support master data management, data quality, stewardship operations, and business decision-making.
• Develop reusable AI components, automation workflows, and technical assets aligned with MDM process requirements and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with data stewards, business users, IT, and governance teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Support new MDM deployments by leveraging AI and automation to improve data readiness, migration quality, validation, cleansing, mapping, and implementation efficiency.
• Analyze data patterns, process gaps, recurring issues, and operational inefficiencies to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Support integration of AI capabilities with MDM platforms, enterprise data systems, reporting tools, and workflow applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, business rules, assumptions, testing outcomes, and operating procedures.
• Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, access control, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Build validation, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms to ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, consistent, and fit for business use.
• Support human-in-the-loop review and approval processes to ensure business accountability remains with the appropriate data and process owners.
• Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI-enabled solutions and recommend improvements based on user feedback and measured outcomes.
• Partner with architecture and technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, reusable, and aligned with long-term MDM strategy.
• Provide guidance and enablement to end users on effective and responsible usage of AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities."
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,AI/ML, or related field
"• 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML, analytics, automation, MDM, or data governance.
• Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently."
"- Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance.
- Experience in AI / GenAI, ML, automation, prompt engineering and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Stibo STEP / PIM, including data migration, validation, cleansing and mapping.
- Experience in Python, SQL, Snowflake and Power BI.
- Good to have knowledge of SAP, Snowflake, APIs and workflow automation tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business, IT, governance and stewardship teams."
