About the Role
As an AI / LLM Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deliver enterprise AI solutions for global organizations. Working within NNIT's AI Center of Excellence, you'll leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud technologies to solve business challenges across multiple industries.
You'll work closely with architects, consultants, product owners, and engineering teams across Europe, Asia, and other regions to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

What You'll Do
Build AI Solutions
Design and develop enterprise AI applications that create measurable business value.
You'll:
• Develop AI applications using LLMs.
• Build RAG solutions and AI agents.
• Integrate AI into enterprise platforms and business workflows.
• Design scalable and secure AI architectures.

Engineer for Scale
Deliver production-ready AI solutions that meet enterprise engineering standards.
You'll:
• Improve solution quality through evaluation and testing.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Build reusable frameworks and engineering assets.

Partner with Stakeholders
Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You'll:
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Work closely with global stakeholders.
• Recommend practical AI adoption opportunities.

What You'll Bring
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
• 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience building enterprise applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native development and Agile delivery.
• Experience working with global or consulting teams is an advantage.

You'll collaborate directly with architects, consultants, engineers, and business stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and other regions as part of NNIT's global delivery model.
Experience in consulting firms, multinational organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or enterprise IT environments is advantageous.
