We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to support the design, development, and testing of AI-driven solutions, automation tools, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, agile ceremonies, and team discussions while learning from experienced engineers and architects.
• Assist in data preparation, prompt design, model experimentation, and API integration to help build practical AI use cases for business and IT processes.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Python, basic understanding of Generative AI or Machine Learning concepts, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred skill(s): Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, n8n, or API integration
• Required language(s): English
• Internship period of minimum 3 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
