在这个岗位上，您将有机会In this position, you will have the opportunity to
参与企业级大语言模型（LLM）的本地化部署与性能优化；
学习如何构建企业知识库（Knowledge Base），实现企业内部知识问答与语义检索；
参与开发智能数据分析平台：用户通过自然语言提问，系统自动识别数据库表、生成SQL语句并执行分
析；
深入理解自然语言处理、语义解析与SQL生成等核心技术；
接触并实践 AI + 数据智能结合的前沿技术，探索生成式 AI 在企业场景下的落地应用。
您的职责是Your responsibilities
参与大语言模型（LLM）的本地部署；
参与自然语言到SQL的自动转换模块设计与实现；
优化模型在本地运行的性能、内存占用与响应速度；
协助团队完成AI系统的测试、文档撰写与部署上线工作。
要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验
To be successful in this role, you should have the
following skills and experience
本科或硕士学历，数据科学计算机科学信息技术人工智能软件工程等相关专业
熟悉 Python 编程，掌握常见AI与数据科学库（如 Transformers、LangChain、Pandas、NumPy 等）；
熟悉 SQL 语法及数据库原理，能独立编写并调试 SQL 语句；
有 Web 应用或数据可视化项目经验者优先；
具备较强的逻辑分析能力、学习能力与问题解决能力；
较好的英语听说读写能力(CET4及以上)
