About This Opportunity

Most go-to-market teams talk about AI. We want ours to run on it. You'll be the engineer on the H2O go-to-market team, building the AI tools, agents, and automations the team uses every day, and the systems that turn campaigns into pipelines.

This is an engineering role with real scope. You'll work directly with go-to-market leadership and the team in the US, take a vague request ("can we automate this?"), scope it, and ship a working version in days, not quarters. You'll use Claude Code and other AI coding tools as your daily way of working, and you'll review what they write before it ships.

This position is based in Sri Lanka.

What You Will Do

AI tools for go-to-market

• Build AI skills, agents, and MCP integrations for research, content checks, reporting, and campaign operations.
• Turn workflows that work into reusable tools the whole team can run, with clear documentation.

GTM systems and data

• Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, and the tools around them so data flows cleanly and is entered once.
• Build dashboards and reporting that show the pipeline go-to-market produces, and keep the data honest.

Automation

• Automate SEO and GEO: structured data, content checks, and tracking how we show up in AI search.
• Automate publishing for press releases, blogs, and case studies, from draft through checks to live.
• Automate event lead capture: list cleanup, enrichment, and HubSpot upload within a day of each event.
• Build agents that track competitors, analysts, and customer news into a weekly brief for sales.

How you work

• Work from tickets on our project board, through pull requests and code review, with tests before shipping.
• Learn the business: who we sell to, what pipeline is, and why each campaign matters.

What We Are Looking For

• Education - A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience - 1 to 3 years of software development, through work, internships, or serious projects.
• Agentic work you can show us - Agents, AI skills, MCP servers, or LLM tools you've built, on any platform.
• Strong Python - Clean, tested Python for scripts, APIs, data processing, and automation. JavaScript or TypeScript a plus.
• GitHub workflow - Branches, pull requests, code review, and CI (GitHub Actions) are how you already work.
• AI coding tools - Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with the judgment to review their output.
• LLM APIs - Hands-on with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar: prompting, tool use, and checking the output.
• Data and analytics - SQL to query and transform data, and GA4 to measure site behavior and conversions.
• Production mindset - Error handling, logging, monitoring, API security, and tests in everything you deploy.
• Integrations - Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and the command line.
• Clear written English - Most collaborators are in US time zones, so much of the work happens in writing.
• Builder's mindset - You would rather automate a task than do it twice.

How to Stand Out From the Crowd

• Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing and sales tools.
• Web development experience with React, Next.js, or a headless CMS.
• Interest in marketing, growth, and how B2B companies sell.
