Responsabilidades
Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones impulsadas por IA utilizando modelos LLM.
Crear prompts efectivos y flujos de trabajo para generación de contenido, análisis y automatización.
Integrar soluciones de IA dentro de sistemas y procesos existentes.
Colaborar en el diseño de arquitecturas enfocadas en productos confiables y usables.
Requisitos
Más de 3 años de experiencia práctica trabajando con modelos LLM, prompt engineering y evaluación de resultados.
Experiencia con Azure OpenAI y Azure AI Services.
Conocimientos en RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Experiencia integrando AI Search o motores de búsqueda inteligentes.
Conocimiento sólido en desarrollo Full Stack con .NET.
Buen entendimiento de arquitectura y fundamentos de ingeniería de software.
Inglés conversacional indispensable (equipo de trabajo de USA)
Plus
Experiencia con Claude Code u otras herramientas de IA.
Conocimientos en Python, TypeScript y/o SQL.
Background en Computer Science, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
Experiencia en ciencia de datos o integración de APIs de IA.

Capacidad para trabajar con información ambigua y adaptarse rápidamente.
Excelente comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
