What You Will Do
- Design and implement backend systems using Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript to support AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, ensuring seamless operation of deployed systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in AI, life sciences, or software development industries is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
