The Opportunity

We are launching a Strategic Technology Accelerator, a fast-cycle innovation engine within HP’s Strategy & Transformation organization. This team willoperateacross HP, partnering closely with GBUs, TIO incubation teams, and Strategic Alliances to rapidly explore,validate, and scale next-generation AI-driven product experience

Develop and operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions, with a focus on model integration, evaluation, and production readinesswithin real-hp-business systems

What You’ll Do

• Select, fine-tune (where needed), and integrate ML and foundation models into production systemswith appropriate performance, cost, and reliability trade-offs.

• Design and manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle (data, experimentation, deployment, monitoring)

• Build robust evaluation frameworks to ensure model quality and performance

• Apply relevant techniques in NLP, LLMs, or computer vision depending on domain

• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model serving infrastructure

• Optimizeperformance, cost, and scalability across cloud and compute environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, Math, or related field

• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g.,PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Experience deploying ML models into production environments

The pay range for this role is$155,000 - $213,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
