Job Description

At Winning Consulting, we are looking for an AI Engineer to join a project for one of our international clients in the insurance sector, based in Madrid.

Responsabilities:

• Build AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Model to addres real business needs.
• Develop AI applications, such as AI assistants, chatbots, and AI agents, and integrate with existing systems.
• Experiement with different AI models and technologies to identify the best solutions for each use case.
• Improve the quality and performance of AI solutions through testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical AI solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM.
• Experience with AI APIs or platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Antrhopic, or similar.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating different systems.
