We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Member of Technical Staff to build and own production AI systems in healthcare.
You’ll work across AI engineering, software development, infrastructure, and customer implementation, taking ambiguous problems from initial requirements through deployment and ongoing improvement.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building production systems, working directly with customers, and solving complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
We believe production AI requires more than getting a demo to work. Engineers are expected to build, verify, monitor, investigate, fix, and improve systems based on real-world performance.

Compensation: $120K–$190K + equity
