What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a motivated AI/ML Engineer with 1+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key areas:

• Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.

• Work with structured and unstructured data for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.

• Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python and relevant frameworks.

• Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure scalability and accuracy.

• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Knowledge of Data Science, statistics, and predictive modeling techniques.

• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools.

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications.

• Experience with Git, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Model Deployment.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
