In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire data-related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for designing and building AI systems and AI features in our products, with the support of your team.​

In particular, you will:​

• Design and build agentic features that let customers interact with our product through conversational interfaces and review the work completed by background agents. Imagine building something like Claude Cowork, but deeply integrated into the TeamSystem ecosystem;
• Work closely with product teams as a forward-deployed engineer, helping them build AI use cases on top of our internal development platform and bringing their feedback back to the platform team;
• Contribute to AI initiatives across the organization, from design and implementation to evaluation, building systems that can reach and support our 3 million customers.

What skills are we looking for?​

• Strong Python skills. You should be able to design and build reliable software modules in Python. We use tools such as Agno, FastMCP, FastAPI, Mem0, and others, but prior experience with these specific tools is not required;
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code. We believe tools can be learned quickly, so we value candidates who understand good software design and best practices, including solid principles or basic design patterns;
• Familiarity with Git. Experience using Git together with GitHub or GitLab is appreciated;
• Familiarity with AI agents and related frameworks is a plus. We appreciate experience with the Model Context Protocol, or with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Agno, Google ADK, or similar tools;
• Understanding of basic Generative AI concepts. You should be familiar with concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, context, input and output windows, alignment, and the autoregressive nature of LLMs. Of course, you are not expected to build an LLM from scratch or to fine-tune one, but you should know how to use LLMs effectively and understand both their potential and their limitations;
• At least 1 years of experience in the role is considered a plus;
• Degree in STEM disciplines or in the Data/AI field;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).

• Total compensation € 34,000 – € 40,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​
