This role sits at the core of building and scaling advanced AI-driven capabilities within a modern SaaS integration platform. You will design, develop, and optimize intelligent systems that power automation, orchestration, and data-driven decision-making for enterprise customers. The position involves working on high-scale distributed systems where reliability, performance, and scalability are critical. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate AI concepts into production-ready solutions. The environment is highly technical and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on cloud-native architectures and modern AI frameworks. This is a key role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and shaping next-generation AI-powered platforms.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI-powered backend services and distributed systems
- Develop and deploy AI capabilities including LLM-based features, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows
- Architect robust, multi-tenant SaaS solutions with high availability and performance requirements
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise-grade data pipelines, APIs, and microservices architectures
- Work with technologies such as Python, Java, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure AI
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and real-time processing systems
- Ensure reliability and scalability of AI services running in production environments 24/7
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver new AI-driven features
- Contribute to system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed, cloud-native applications
- Strong expertise in designing and developing multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java
- Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines and data warehousing
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or DocumentDB
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and ability to work in distributed teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating in cross-functional environments
