Our client is a technology-driven organization focused on leveraging AI-powered solutions and automation to improve operational efficiency, marketing performance, cybersecurity workflows, professional services, and technical consulting initiatives. The company is seeking an AI Engineer who can design, implement, and optimize advanced AI systems, automations, and generative AI workflows that support scalable business operations and client solutions.

Location

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

The AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Agentic AI solutions, generative AI workflows, and automations using tools such as Claude, Cowork, and ChatGPT.

This role requires a strong technical background, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate AI-powered systems across multiple business functions including marketing, MSSP, cybersecurity, professional services, and technology consulting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled, and passionate about building scalable AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development

• Build and maintain AI-powered automations and integrations

• Develop workflows involving MCPs and LLM-based systems

• Optimize AI workflows for efficiency and performance using AI tools

Generative AI & Agentic AI

• Train and deploy generative AI models for content, analytics, and automation

• Ensure efficient use of token limits and API resources across AI applications

• Support the development and scaling of Agentic AI systems and workflows

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that enhance operations

• Integrate AI systems with existing platforms and tools such as FuseBase

• Support AI implementation initiatives across multiple business functions

Monitoring & Optimization

• Evaluate AI performance and troubleshoot workflow or integration issues

• Refine AI systems and automations for scalability and reliability

• Maintain documentation and SOPs for AI workflows and integrations

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or LLM integrations

• Experience building or supporting AI-powered workflows and automations

• Experience with AI applications for marketing, cybersecurity, or professional services preferred

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Agentic AI, generative AI, and automation frameworks

• Strong technical understanding of AI tools including Claude, Cowork, and ChatGPT

• Understanding of MCPs, LLM workflows, and AI integrations

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

• Strong attention to detail and scalability considerations in AI implementations
