AI Solutions, Financial Crime Technology
We'relooking for a SeniorAgentic AI Analystto join our Financial Crime Technology team and help deliver AI-powered solutions for clients in the banking and insurance industries. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape solution strategies, and ensure our technical delivery addresses what matters most.You'llserve as a key link between client stakeholders and our delivery teams — translating business needs into actionable requirements and bringing client insights back to strengthen our approach.
This is a client-facing role at its core. Whileyou'llwork alongside technical specialists, your primary focus will be on understanding the problem space, advising clients, and ensuringwe'resolving the right problems in the right way.
Understand and define client challenges, translating them into clear, actionable requirements that guide solution design.
Lead client engagements end to end, facilitating workshops and working sessions while serving as the primary day‑to‑day contact across business and technology areas.
Synthesize and communicate insights, developing and presenting findings, recommendations, and solution proposals to senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics that can deliver measurable value in financial crime operations.
Support business development and practice growth by contributing to proposals, informing early client conversations, and bringing engagement insights back to improve methodologies and strengthening the AI practice.
Consulting & Client Engagement:
Minimum 2 years in consulting/advisory/client‑facing tech/analytics roles
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Strong facilitation skills, leading workshops and navigating client environments
Experience translating ambiguous business challenges into structured problem definitions
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently while staying alignment with broader team objectives
Willingness to travel for client engagements
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — this is essential
Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset ( you look beyond surface-level requests to understand underlying drivers)
Experience with Agile delivery environments is an advantage
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in financial services, preferably banking or insurance
Familiarity with financial crime domains (e.g., AML, fraud detection, sanctions, KYC) is an advantage
Understanding of regulatory environments and operational realities within financial institution
Technical Familiarity:
Sufficient understanding of AI and data technologies to engage credibly with technical teams and clients
Familiarity with concepts such as large language models, machine learning, and data platforms (e.g., Databricks, cloud environments)
Prior exposure to analytics, BI, or data-driven projects in a business or consulting context, Python, SQL
