Instead of traditional software development, you will operate in a “builder” model where AI agents generate most of the code, and your responsibility is to guide, validate, and ensure the quality of outputs. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and AI systems, translating ambiguity into clear specs, selecting the right tools and skills for execution, and ensuring delivery aligns with business expectations. The environment is highly innovative and fast-evolving, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and structured thinking. You will collaborate closely with business teams and AI architects to continuously refine processes and improve agent performance. This is a cutting-edge role shaping how AI-native delivery models are executed in real business contexts.
