What You Will Do
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance account management efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain applications using Python and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance to continually improve product offerings.
- Support the deployment and troubleshooting of AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on product development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining applications in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its unique challenges.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
