What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Python and Langchain to enhance AI functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable applications that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Build and maintain robust models utilizing LlamaIndex, DsPY, and TextGrad for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in the deployment of AI systems, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze system performance metrics and iterate on solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Langchain for building AI applications.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LlamaIndex, DsPY, and TextGrad.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the education technology sector or similar industries.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for AI solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
