What You Will Do
- Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and PyTorch to automate financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address automation challenges in healthcare financial processes.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights and improve model performance.
- Optimize existing algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency in handling denials and unpaid claims.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate model effectiveness and iterate based on findings.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with a strong focus on Python and PyTorch.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

Compensation and Benefits
