What You Will Do
- Design and implement production AI systems that utilize LLM orchestration and agent frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing applied AI features.
- Develop and refine evaluation frameworks to ensure high model quality and performance.
- Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
- Integrate human feedback into AI systems to enhance model outputs and user experience.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience as an applied AI engineer with a focus on production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create evaluation frameworks for assessing model quality.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or AI-native companies, showcasing a high degree of ownership and initiative.
Preferred
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
- Background in regulated industries such as fintech or compliance.
- Experience in integrating human-in-the-loop processes to improve AI systems.
Compensation and Benefits
