We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build best in class applications and solutions at Betsson Group. You’ll develop AI solutions and applications, context systems and AI Agents, maintain and enhance multiple AI system and products, research frontier models and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players. This is an opportunity to work with bleeding edge technology, build world-class products.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• As an engineer, your focus will be on developing and maintain, modular and reusable systems, explore new technologies and find solutions to enhance our products.
• You’ll participate on design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute directly to our codebase.
• You’ll also play a key part in building a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Whether reviewing code, or supporting other engineers and tech lead..

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications
• Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
• Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP
• Experience on developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
