Job /Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead the design and development of LLM‑powered applications and enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on building, integrating, and scaling production‑ready GenAI systems, rather than research or traditional data science.

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer who has evolved into Generative AI application development, with strong practical experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agentic AI workflows, and cloud‑based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Generative AI applications using modern LLM platforms such as Microsoft Foundry (preferred), AWS Bedrock, Claude, OpenAI.
  • Build Document Processing / Document Intelligence pipelines, including: OCR, LLM‑based summarization, Classification, data extraction, and validation workflows
  • Design, build, and orchestrate multi‑step AI agents capable of tool usage, reasoning, and task execution.
  • Develop custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) solutions using vector search and contextual grounding.
  • Build agentic AI workflows and manage LLM orchestration.
  • Develop REST APIs and microservices to operationalize AI capabilities using FastAPI and/or Node.js.
  • Deploy, monitor, and operate GenAI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years of proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong experience with LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.
  • Experience building enterprise chatbots using Bot Framework, RAG pipelines, vector search, and multi‑turn conversation handling.
  • Hands‑on experience with OCR engines (Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Tesseract, etc.).
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio
  • Solid understanding of RAG architectures and vector search
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native development
  • Familiarity with front‑end frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular) to deliver user-facing AI applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
