Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work on projects involving deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) models like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures.
  • Develop and fine-tune AI algorithms for tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, and other generative applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client workflows and systems.
  • Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions to client workforces on AI concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Create user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and resources to support client teams in understanding and using AI technologies.
  • Adapt training methods to meet the varying levels of technical expertise within client teams.
  • Partner with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through Generative AI.
  • Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, sharing insights and innovations with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for AI implementation challenges faced by clients.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI/ML deployment.

Soft Skills & Training Ability:

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with experience in delivering technical training or workshops.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in AI/ML or Python programming are a plus.
