About This Position

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques, as well as experience in applying AI to real-world problems.

We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals who are eager to pursue a career in AI engineering. If you can learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, then the below applies to you:

• Design and develop AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), including open-source models like Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar orchestration tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Develop custom AI pipelines integrating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.
• Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Monitor and maintain AI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and develop effective prompting frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver AI solutions.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies, research papers, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.

Must have:

• Strong understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern Python development practices.
• Familiarity with various LLM architectures (Transformer-based models, Llama family, GPT variants).
• Understanding of vector databases and embedding models.
• Strong proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to optimize for performance and cost.

Good to Have:

• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML-related services.
• Familiarity with big data technologies: Knowledge of big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
