We are searching for AI Engineers to be enrolled in our Bip xTech centre of excellence, a specialised unit of > 1000 professionals working on Data&AI, Cloud and Exponential technologies, to accompany us in the challenge to help our clients actively and effectively embrace AI journeys and progress versus the incoming Agentic AI era.
We are looking for multiple seniorities starting from 3 years of experience upwards: candidate seniority will be evaluated during the following recruiting process.
What will your Challenge be?
Our Artificial Intelligence Engineering team is committed to supporting customers in the path of adopting AI through the creation of factories of AI solutions, AI Agents, AI Products, perfectly engineered and integrated into the architecture and business processes.
Our AI Engineers design scalable Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning and LLM based Agents / Software Solutions for customer use cases and industrializes them for production execution, ensuring the required levels of performance, security and governability.
The AI Engineer works closely with other Bip xTech professionals, such as Cloud Data Architects, Data Scientists GenAI specialists and Data Engineers, to create high-quality AI solutions in every aspect, designing and implementing: MLOps platforms, data and AI architectures, AI models, applications and more.
Our AI Engineers will also contribute to the Bip xTech Data Community with research, technology scouting, concept of new solutions and business development on BIP's customers.
Our BIP xTech Team based in Albania will serve as a price competitive, highly distinctive by technology expertise, extremely flexible in terms of international deployment, service unit.
Our BIP xTech Team based in Albania will work on assignments in all countries where Bip xTech Centre of excellence operates, mainly Italy, UK, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, France and Germany.
