AI Engineer | About You

As an AI Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. AI Engineer | Day-to-Day

• Architect and develop AI-powered services, tools, and products that align with business goals and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and deployment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Build and integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI Services, applying best practices in model training, fine-tuning, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities.
• Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment while managing tasks with minimal supervision.

AI Engineer | Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in ML libraries and UI development using Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related services.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Azure DevOps workflows.
• Experience working with both open-source and proprietary LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
• Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams and time zones.
