Job Description

We are leaders in marketing and are taking the steps for a new generation of AI-powered tools to revolutionize how visual marketing content is created.

As part of our R&D division, you will focus on researching and prototyping cutting-edge generative AI and computer vision systems to automate creative workflows from image generation and editing to intelligent visual composition and layout.

Those experienced with CLIP, LoRA, and image/video-focused AI is a good fit.

You will:

• Research, prototype, and refine generative models for image and video creation (e.g., Stable Diffusion, LoRA, ControlNet)
• Build computer vision systems for layout analysis, object detection, and automated visual composition
• Fine-tune foundation models using custom datasets (branding, product photos, etc.)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn research into usable internal tools
• Monitor state-of-the-art research and apply promising methods quickly
• Optimize models for performance and cost in real-world production scenarios

Required

• Deep knowledge of image-based generative AI (diffusion models, GANs, etc.)
• Experience with computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, Detectron2, Segment Anything, etc.)
• Strong Python + PyTorch skills
• Hands-on experience with LoRA, DreamBooth, or other model finetuning techniques
• Familiarity with vision-language models like CLIP

Pluses

• Experience with creative tools or marketing automation
• Familiarity with image tagging, retrieval, or search
• Understanding of prompt engineering or UI integration
• Japanese proficiency (not required)
