The AI Engagement Manager plays a critical role in bridging enterprise clients, AI solutions, and delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of AI-powered engagements from pre-sales through delivery and value realization.
This role combines client-facing leadership, AI solution scoping, and delivery management, and is ideal for a candidate who thrives in complex environments where AI, strategy, and execution intersect. The AI Engagement Manager works closely with Sales, Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to ensure Intelmatix’s AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
AI Sales Support & Solution Scoping
- Support the Sales team in scoping, structuring, and proposing AI-driven solutions, including decision intelligence platforms, AI agents, and advanced analytics use cases
- Participate in client presentations, workshops, and proposal development, articulating AI value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in defining solution architecture, delivery approach, and project plans aligned with client objectives
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities related to AI capabilities, platform extensions, or additional use cases, and communicate these to Sales and Business Development teams
AI Engagement Delivery & Client Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI solution engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes are met
- Act as a trusted client-facing lead, building confidence and credibility around AI adoption, delivery progress, and results
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, resolving challenges and maintaining momentum in high-impact AI programs
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal AI, Product, and Engineering teams
Capacity Planning & Operational Support
- Support resource and capacity planning, including hiring and allocation plans, to meet live and forecasted AI project demands
- Coordinate across multiple concurrent AI engagements, ensuring efficient use of technical and delivery resources
- Contribute to improving delivery frameworks, engagement models, and best practices for AI projects
Strategic & Cross-Functional Contribution
- Participate in marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including events, case studies, and AI-focused content creation
- Support broader company strategic initiatives, such as planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to act as the voice of the customer, feeding real-world insights into AI product evolution and roadmap decisions
- Contribute to company-building efforts, helping scale Intelmatix’s AI delivery capability and culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or delivery roles, preferably involving AI, enterprise software, or advanced analytics
- Experience in B2B and B2G environments, managing complex, high-value engagements
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, data-driven systems, or decision intelligence applications
- Experience in strategy consulting firms (e.g. MBB or equivalent) is a strong plus
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent project and engagement management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologies
- Strong ability to articulate AI solutions and project concepts to diverse audiences, including executives, managers, end-users, and technical teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, typically valued at $1M+ each
- Highly resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing AI startup environment
- Strong problem-solving toolkit and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly understand new AI technologies and products and apply them effectively in delivery contexts
- High levels of resilience, professionalism, and client trust-building ability
- Strong reporting and documentation skills, including executive-level project reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
