As an AI Enablement Intern,you will gain hands-on experience working across our business, helping to shape how artificial intelligence is integrated into real-world operations at Avis Budget Group. WhatYou’llDo

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders toidentifyand evaluate opportunitiesforAIadoption across business processes

• Support the execution of AI initiatives by coordinating efforts across teams andhelping drive projects from concept to implementation

• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases, tools, and workflows

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignmentand clear communication

• Promote awareness and understanding of AI capabilities, helping teams integrate AIinto their day-to-day work

• Continuously explore emerging AI tools and recommend innovative applications toimprove efficiency and outcomes

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or a related field;Master’sdegree candidates preferred

• Prior internship or professional experience in a business, technology, or related field

• Strong interest in AI and familiarity with AI tools,demonstratingan “AI-native”mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work acrossdiverse teams

• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and

• Collaborative working style with a willingness to support and educate teammembers with varying levels of AI exposure

• High levelof maturity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

The pay for this role is $30-$35 an hour.
