Application Deadline: 3 October 2026
Department: R&D
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Copenhagen
Reporting To: Director of Engineering
At Factbird, we help manufacturers see what’s really happening on their lines—so they can make better, faster decisions. Our plug-and-play hardware and cloud platform turn live production data into clear insights, and we’re scaling fast across sites, teams, and countries.
As our AI Enablement Coordinator, you'll shape how Factbird uses AI internally — everything from everyday chatbots and coworking tools to more advanced, multi-agent setups. It's a hybrid role: technical enough to question how these tools actually work, and people-facing enough to help the rest of the company get real value out of them.
This is a mid-career, professional-level position on Factbird's career ladder. You'll own your area end to end with real independence, and you're expected to connect what you do to business impact, not just tasks — it's a natural next step for someone technical who wants their next move to be toward project leadership and organisation-wide influence, rather than deeper into pure engineering. It's also a brand-new role, so there's both the opportunity and the need for you to help define it.
You'll thrive here if you like owning a broad, loosely defined area and figuring out for yourself what matters most — and if you get a kick out of helping people who are less technical than you get genuinely useful things done with AI.
We're looking for someone technical enough to genuinely understand how AI tools work, and independent enough to run with a broad, still-undefined mandate.
You'll sit within Engineering, but the job itself is company-wide — you'll be the person who knows what we're using, what it costs, and whether it's actually working.
People are at the heart of everything we build. We believe great products come from empowered teams — and we work hard to create an environment where you can do your best work and have space for life beyond it. Here's what you can look forward to:
If this role feels like a match, we'd be excited to hear from you and explore how you could help shape the future of data collection and production monitoring at Factbird.
And if someone in your network comes to mind who might be a great fit — feel free to share this opportunity with them.
