AI Enablement Consultant / Claude Cowork Specialist

Location: Remote / Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced AI Enablement Consultant with hands-on expertise in generative AI platforms, particularly Claude Cowork and AI workflow development. The consultant will play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across business units by training users, building AI-enabled workflows, operationalizing use cases, and supporting ongoing adoption initiatives.

This is a practitioner role requiring direct engagement with business stakeholders and hands-on development of business solutions using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• User Enablement & Training
• Lead onboarding sessions for new Claude Cowork user cohorts.
• Deliver practical, business-focused AI training.
• Conduct workshops, office hours, and Q&A sessions.
• Educate users on responsible and effective AI usage within organizational guidelines.
• AI Use Case Development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and configure working solutions in Claude Cowork.
• Perform prompt engineering, workflow refinement, testing, and validation.
• Guide teams in embedding AI solutions into operational processes.
• Adoption & Scale
• Monitor adoption challenges and recommend improvements.
• Identify reusable patterns and scalable AI use cases.
• Create templates, playbooks, and best practices.
• Contribute to intake, prioritization, and capacity planning activities.
• Prepare status updates and progress reports on supported initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
• Strong prompt engineering and workflow design skills.
• Experience conducting user training and AI enablement programs.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and interact directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Claude Cowork and/or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Experience scaling AI adoption programs across business functions.
• Background in business process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• AI Builder rather than advisory-only consultant.
• Comfortable working side-by-side with business users.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to rapidly prototype, test, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Self-driven and capable of working across multiple business teams.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $160,000 - $170,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of Employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
