Job Description

We are seeking a 12-month contractor to design and develop engaging technical learning modules using AI-enabled learning tools. This role will collaborate with Learning Delivery Managers and business SMEs to enhance curriculums, support the ICAP Early Career, Specialty and Sales Programs, and address priority regional learning needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical learning modules and microlearning content using AI-enabled learning platforms including Articulate Rise and LM Notebook
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Regional Learning Delivery Managers to identify and prioritize regional and COG-wide technical learning needs.
  • Enhance and update existing underwriting curriculums, in addition to developing learning solutions to support Early Career and Underwriting Specialist programs, Sales learning, and other priority regional needs.
  • Ensure all technical learning content is engaging, accessible, and tailored to the needs of today’s diverse, multi-generational learners, reflecting best practices in adult learning.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
  • Track and incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve module effectiveness.
  • Fluent English required
  • 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, technical learning, and e-learning development, including use of AI-enabled learning tools.
  • Proficiency with Articulate Rise and other leading learning technologies such as LM Notebook.
  • Strong consulting, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business applications.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and creating content for multi-generational, international audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results within demanding timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in property and casualty insurance is a bonus.

Contract Details: This is a temporary, fixed-term contractor position for 12 months. While a permanent role may become available in the future, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the contract period.
